My Darling Poros

As some of you may recall, we spent last September hitting the road as often as possible—pretty often, that is. One of the places we visited was the island of Poros. It was my first time there, but I instantly fell for the place. I was so in awe and exasperation and couldn’t grasp why on earth we had never visited this little part of paradise, so close to Athens, before…

Nestled in the heart of the Saronic Gulf, this little gem of an island enchants visitors with its verdant hillsides adorned with quaint white-washed houses and azure waters lapping gently against its shores. Poros exudes an atmosphere of tranquility and romance. Strolling along its narrow streets, one can’t help but be captivated by the island’s rich history, reflected in its architecture and ancient ruins. Whether basking in the sun on its pristine beaches or savoring the flavors of Greek cuisine in cozy tavernas, my darling Poros promises an unforgettable Mediterranean getaway!
