Ingredients
  • 1/4cup all-purpose flour(60 g)
  • 1/4 cup sugar(60 g)
  • 2tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1tsp gingerbread spice mix(find the link to DIY your own, in the recipe notes)
  • 3tbsp milk(dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1tbsp water
  • 1/4tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and gingerbread spice in a big, microwave-safe mug;
  2. Stir in milk, oil, water, and vanilla extract;
  3. Cook in the microwave at 800W until cake is done in the middle, for 2 minutes.
