cup (250 g/8.8 oz)
coarsely chopped walnuts
or any other nuts you like
(750 g/1 lb 10.46 oz)
(60 g/2.11 oz)
extra virgin olive oil
(80 ml/2.7 Fl.oz)
(125 ml/4.4 Fl.oz)
unsweetened coconut flakes
(250 g/8.8 oz)
(125 gr/4.4 oz)
Preheated the oven at a low temperature.
Mix everything together in a large bowl, except the coconut flakes and the raisins.
Spread out in a rimmed baking sheet and bake at a low temperature (300 °F/150 °C) for 40 minutes.
You have to take the baking sheet out about every 10 minutes, give the granola a good stir, spread even, and put it back in.
In the final 10 minutes, you will stir in the coconut flakes and the raisins.
Let it cool down completely and store in an airtight container.
The granola can be stored at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
